1: Download the wallpaper then copy the image to your picture folder. Then you can right click on your desktop and there should be an option to change the wallpaper. Once there browse to the picture folder and choose the wall.
2: GTK3/ Metacity Theme: You will download the them file and extract it. Then you will use GKSU command from the gnome terminal which will ask you to put in you password, once done you will browse to /usr/share/themes and here you will copy the theme folder to this location.
3: Icon Theme: You will download the them file and extract it. Then you will use GKSU command from the gnome terminal which will ask you to put in you password, once done you will browse to /usr/share/icons and here you will copy the theme folder to this location.
4: Conky: This is something you will want to look more into as it is not as easy to do. But to explain you will need to first make sure to install conky as it is not installed in Ubuntu by default, I am guessing you are running Ubuntu with Unity. But you can search in the Software Center for Conky or open your terminal and type this command: sudo apt-get install conky-all. Once this is done then you can download the conky theme and copy the .conkyrc file to your home directory. You will have to edit the file as the original will not look like the one in the screenshot.
