I am using the newest version of Ubuntu.
When you say newest version are your running 12.04.1 or 12.10 Beta 2? Also the setup you see is for Gnome-Shell and if you are running default Ubuntu then it will be using Unity. But to answer your request I do not have a full guide written up. The best I can suggest is to check each theme part and the maker will usually have steps on how to install it. I can try and answer your questions if you need further help.
Although i'm not very knowledgeable about linux stuff as of yet, so could you guide me in the correct direction as to how i should proceed to get this setup on my desktop?
As far as i understand i would need to install the GNOME 3 DE on top of Ubuntu 11.10 (or should i use Fedora?)? If you could be so kind to post steps/ links that would help me get this after installing Ubuntu (or any other OS).
