Ok so just an update of the last screenshot so not taking 2 screenshots. Still using same GTK, icons, wall and so on. Just added Docky, conky, Covergloobus.
My first time running Gnome 3.2 plus on Ubuntu, was much more familure with Gnome-Shell on Fedora 15 so some diferences for sure. But now know how to theme it like I want. Well here is the updated version of the last screenie. :-)

OS: Ubuntu 11.10 x64
