No worries mate it just stands for battery. So if you have a laptop it would give the remaining battery charge. :-)

I tried it today, sadly not working :/

I get: Conky: /home/gerald/.conkyrc: 47: no such configuration: 'border_margin'
Conky: /home/gerald/.conkyrc: 71: config file error
Conky: use_spacer should have an argument of left, right, or none. 'no' seems to be some form of 'false', so defaulting to none.

System: Linux Mint 12, conky version: Conky 1.8.1 compiled Wed Aug 10

Any idea how i can get it to work?

Change this line
own_window_type override

To this line
own_window_type normal

Well one that comes to mind would be Screenlets, it is easy to use but I do not use it my self.

You have a happy new year as well. :-)

Hmm, it seems that the problem is not caused by your script but by my linux distro, it is not showning any configs at all on the desktop. The one which is built in into conky works samehow, but all the other configs succeed to load but just dont show up somewhere on the desktop :/

Sure Rasa it stand for Entropy:
"The Linux kernel generates entropy from keyboard timings, mouse movements, and IDE timings and makes the random character data available to other operating system processes through the special files /dev/random and /dev/urandom. This capability was introduced in Linux version 1.3.30."

That is the Wiki Definition of it. The short definition is how organized your system is. :-)

ohh Thanks very much mate!
Good to know!

So my next question would be...

What is better, to have the ENT bar more full or less full?

Much appreciated my friend.

Also to clarify on a standard Linux install Entropy is created as you input via keyboard and mouse so if the system is idle you will see the bar go down. This is normal. Sorry forgot to mention this.
